Tracking

Where applicable, orders will receive an ‘Order Note’ email with your tracking code. Please note, some shipping methods do not use tracking codes.

Where do you ship to?

I ship my art WORLDWIDE. If your country is not listed at the checkout, please email us and we will consider adding your country to the list.

Changing shipping address

I aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible. This means your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not left the studio yet. To change your shipping address, contact me as soon as possible –art @ scottdenholm.com.

Customs and Duty Charges

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Scott Denholm cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Scott Denholm will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. International orders will include an invoice with the full value for customs purposes.

Returns

Refunds

If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected or not the product you ordered, we will replace the item or refund your purchase at our discretion minus the original shipping cost. Please inform me immediately by email at art @ scottdenholm.com and return the item to the address below within 7 working days of the date of purchase. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item.

Faulty items

I check over all items before being shipped to ensure a high standard of quality. However, if you receive an item that you believe is faulty, please inform me immediately by email at art @ scottdenholm.com. I will replace prints, but if it is a one off artwork I will endeavour to repair the artwork or refund your purchase at my discretion, minus the original shipping cost.
Please note; this does not include items damaged during shipping.

Damaged goods

I take extra care when packaging your order however, I am not responsible for items damaged during shipping.
